The following tips will help you plan a successful event:

Having a buffet dinner order 2 plates per guest
Glasses for a cocktail party, order 1 glass per hour per guest
When ordering a Dance Floor allow 9 sq. ft per couple for ½ your guests
8'x12' -10 couples
16'x16' - 25 couples
20'x24' - 45 couples

As you plan your special event under a tent, please be sure to allow adequate space for your guest to enjoy the occasion. This is a quick reference guide to adequately cover your event.
