Where are you located?
We are located on the east side of Australian Avenue in West Palm Beach, north of 45th Street, south of Blue Heron Boulevard. Directly north of CBS12 and the traffic light at Hill Avenue.
Do you deliver or do I have to pick up my order?
Delivery is available but you must rent a minimum of $200.00 and there is a delivery charge which depends on the distance of travel. Rental equipment may also be picked up at our warehouse facility.
How can I pay for my rental order?
Rental fees and security deposits can be paid by using cash, or credit cards. Checks are accepted when secured by a credit card. Only companies with an established credit accounts can be invoiced for a rental contract.
Are the rental fees and security deposits due before a delivery can be made?
Yes, both the rental fees and the security must be paid in full before your order is considered a firm reservation.
What if I have damaged or missing equipment?
The lessee is responsible for all equipment from the time it is received until the time it is returned. Our insurance policy does not cover equipment that is out on rental. Please be sure to secure and protect all equipment until it is returned to Regency.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to contract fulfillment date to receive a refund.
How long can the equipment be kept?
All rental rates are based on a one day use. Multiple day use or extended rentals are subject to additional fees. Equipment may be delivered one day prior to the event and pickup up the next day after the event for convenience.
Will the driver set up and break down my tables and chairs?
No, this service is a available for an additional fee and must be arranged through the office prior to delivery.
Can the driver move some of my furniture for me?
No, this service is not available.
Do I have to wash the equipment before it is returned?
Equipment must be returned food free. Any items that are used to serve food must be rinsed clean otherwise a minimum $50.00 charge will be assessed for returns disregarding this policy. Linens do not have to be washed but must be dry and free of foodstuffs causing mildew and staining.
How far in advance should I place my order?
It is recommended that you reserve your items once you are sure of your needs. Equipment availability varies according to the season.
