Regency Party Rentals is a fully licensed and insured business located in the State of Florida.
Customers may pick up their orders or orders over $200.00 are eligible for delivery/pickup for a fee. Fees are based on distance of travel and time of delivery/pickup. Our normal delivery service does not include setup and breakdown of tables and chairs but this service is available for an additional fee. After hours and overtime service is available and will be assessed a surcharge over and above the normal delivery/pickup fee.
Items rented are clean and dishes/glassware have been sanitized and are ready for use.
It is suggested that you inventory items to insure that all items have been received and that all items are accounted for upon return. You will be responsible for all missing or damaged items. A damage waiver fee is charged on all invoices to cover the wear and tear on the equipment and will cover any items that were accidently broken. Willful maliciousness is not covered. Items broken must be returned or will be considered missing and subject to replacement cost.
When renting, china, glassware, cutlery, etc. items must be returned food free/rinsed and placed back in the crate in which they were delivered.
Linens must be shaken out to assure that they are food free. Do not place in a plastic bag if they are damp or wet. Linens returned with mildew or burned will be billed to the customer at replacement cost. Linens do not need to be laundered before return.
If you find that there is a problem with your order, you must call our office at (561-) 966-9322 immediately prior to your event and every effort will be made to correct the matter immediately. A credit will be issued if the problem cannot be resolved but it must be reported prior to the event for credit.
