Frame Tents
While every event location is unique, please keep in mind that the area you select must be free of obstacles including trees, shrubbery, and low power and phone wires. The ground cover should also be level and free of pebbles and large stones.
The following information is provided as a general guideline that can be used to determine your tenting needs in order to create a comfortable, spacious atmosphere for your guests.
- Wedding Ceremony with Seating- allow 10 square ft per person
- Wedding Ceremony with partial seating- allow 6-8 square feet per person
- Cocktail Party - allow 10-12 square feet per person
- Lounge Area= allow approximately 200 square feet
- Bar Space-allow 100 square feet per bar
- Seated Dinners- allow 16-18 square feet per person
- Seated Dinners with a Dance Floor- allow 20-22 square feet per person
- Buffet Dinner- allow 20-22 square feet per person
- Buffet Dinner with a Dance Floor- allow 22-24 square feet per person
